The staff is polite here, the services are great, and location is ideal close to the city centre, a beautiful quiet area, the Co-Op market.

Exceptional staff and rooms to say the least. The room was where the tv was. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, not far from roadworks as well as city centre & brindley place. I had reasonably priced room with separate bedroom. My breakfast was for the price charged.

Simple check-in, good sized beds and generally outstanding service. Its pool was very clean, we chilled out there when it was lovely outside. Bottled drinks, efficient wifi were a nice surprise. Cheerful hotel, 20 minutes' walk from the downtown.

Relaxing hotel, incredibly comfortable location, healthy food.

Great value, you're getting brilliant service. The hotel was fancy, the room was warm and cozy, had essentials for a fantastic stay. Breakfast was plentiful, cheese, slices of fresh bread, scrambled eggs, fruit and milk. Generous-sized suite and quiet bed. A nice beach, absolutely brilliant view. Apart from that, national sea life centre was 5 minutes' drive away.

Fantastic location, fabulous restaurant. The staff was fine, the beds were perfect. I liked a stylish decor and comfortable furniture. The hotel was placed within 12 miles of the airport...

It was really amazing time in Birmingham. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Early check in and late check out.

It was neat place, stuff where brilliant welcoming, and I loved my good comfortable room. Climate control and flat-screen television in the room, NOT BAD location. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with lots of meals. All in all a great comfy hotel and fun stay.

All was fab, including staff and facilities. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with pot, pans, equipment. The staff did all they can for a perfect stay. Spotlessly clean and safe hotel in Jewellery district.

it was the best of birmingham hotels i visited before now. room was nice size, staff was exceptional, and hotel's location was really fantastic. my room was well managed and calm. the area was modern.

Very clean unit. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Being minutes away from Milan Indian Cuisine was nice, we had dinner there...

We truly enjoyed this hotel. Perfect location, good sized rooms and loyal staff. Comfortable beds were provided. Downstairs bar was nice!

That sometimes the street was noisy.

Everything was very clean. Hairdryer and netflix were provided in the room. 20 km away from Birmingham airport. By the way, parking costs GBP 13 per day.

The hotel interior was excellent. Dine nearby at Itihaas Restaurant, which is 300 m away. You should definitely explore The Westside district, it's worth it
